How to download a supported public Instagram video

Open the public Instagram video you are authorized to save and copy its link.
Open the VGSAVE downloader and paste the URL.

Why is a quality missing?

VGSAVE shows formats that can be obtained from the supported source. If the original media does not provide a particular resolution, that resolution cannot be created from the source. A source can also change how its public media is delivered.

Can private Instagram videos be downloaded?
